  1. Are your items purchased from healthcare professionals?

We do not purchase equipment from healthcare professionals.

  1. How often is inventory updated?

Inventory is updated several times a week with new medical and dental items. All inventory featured on our website is available for purchase.

  1. I am not sure what item is needed?

Our sales specialists will review your request with you and help find the correct item needed.

  1. Do you run specials?

Even with the discounted prices we offer, we are known for running additional specials to reduce your final cost. To receive notifications on specials, please sign up for our Outlet Center emails!

  1. What is the procedure for ordering a large item such as an X-ray unit?

With large items like X-ray machines and sterilizers, we work with your Field Representative and our Equipment Service Team to ensure the unit you need is ordered, shipped, and installed. We take care of everything.

  1. What are the differences between Overstocked, Demo Model, Reconditioned, and Manufacturer Reconditioned product?

Overstocked – Product is new and in the Manufacturer’s sealed and unopened box.

Demo Model – The box has been opened and the unit may have been used for demonstration purposes. The unit comes with all the original manufacturer’s packaging and manuals.

Reconditioned – Product is in excellent condition and has been restored to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Manufacturer Reconditioned Handpieces and equipment that are refurbished by the OEM Manufacturer.

  1. How will my equipment be delivered?
All items (excluding some sterilizers and large equipment) will be shipped via UPS. You may choose UPS Ground, Second Day, or Next-Day Service when placing your order. See Shipping Rates on our website at https://hsioutlet.com/shipping-rates/ for more details.
  1. How soon will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 24 business hours. Orders submitted on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped according to the method selected UPS Ground (5 7 Days), UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day, and Freight (we will call to schedule).
  1. Can I charge Outlet Center equipment purchases to my Henry Schein merchandise account?
Yes, all Outlet Center purchases can be billed to your Henry Schein account.
  1. Can I order these items through my Henry Schein Field Sales Consultant (FSC)?
Yes, your FSC can take orders for the Outlet Center.
  1. Does the price include installation?
The cost for installation differs for each order. For large equipment that may have installation fees, use the contact to order button on the product page on the Outlet Center Website at www.hsioutlet.com and a representative will reach out to you to review the details.
